Art in the Park Community Participation
This is our second year with Art in the Park organised with Friends of Jubilee Park Ashton in Makerfield, Wigan.
Our aim was to introduce arts opportunities in an outdoor environment for children ages 8-14 yrs. We worked with the committee to compliment their existing popular free sports opportunities for children. The activity is a free event so that it is open to all families.
It was an instant success with over 25 children at each workshop.
